Single-stage Hammer Crusher
Applicable materials: Suitable for coarse, medium and fine crushing of various soft and medium hard ores, such as limestone, granite, quartz stone, river pebbles, etc.
This series of single-stage crushers introduces German advanced technology, optimized design and structural improvement, designed and manufactured a new generation of high-efficiency crushers. The single-stage crusher can crush the large ore collected from the mine to an average particle size of 5mm. It is an ideal replacement product for the traditional two-stage and three-stage crushing methods, simplifying the process flow, saving capital investment and production costs.
The process is simplified, and the original secondary or tertiary crushing can be reduced to one section; the system supporting power is small, and the production cost is greatly reduced.
The discharge particle size can be adjusted in the range of 3-150mm; the crushing ratio is large, and the larger feeding granularity can reach 1.3-1.5m.
Fine discharge, processing aggregate shape is good, powder material ≤ 20%.
